Purchases

Optional Medical, Law, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry vocabulary packs are non-consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple.

Restore Purchases

If a pack you already bought is not unlocked, open Daily Word Recall, go to Packs, choose Restore Purchases, and stay connected to the App Store account used for the original purchase.

Reminders

Reminder notifications are local to your device. You can change reminder times or turn reminders off from Settings in the app.

Widgets

Home Screen widgets use the app's saved on-device state to show the current word. If a widget looks stale, open Daily Word Recall once, then return to the Home Screen.

Before You Email

  • Check that you are running the latest version of Daily Word Recall from the App Store.
  • For audio issues, confirm your device volume is up and try pronunciation playback again.
  • For purchase issues, confirm you are signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.
  • For notification issues, check iOS Settings, Notifications, Daily Word Recall.
